You want to understand yourself.

Therapy is having its moment. You hear about trauma on podcasts. Nervous systems on TikTok. We’re all getting more curious about our patterns, our pasts, and what we actually want from life.

But knowing you need to work through something doesn’t make it any easier to start.

You might feel stuck in old habits that don’t match who you are anymore. Maybe your relationships feel strained or unfulfilling. Maybe you’re carrying stress, sadness, or shame you can’t quite name.

You want to feel more like you. And you’re ready to do the deeper work to get there.

This work isn’t about becoming a “better” version of yourself...and therapy isn’t meant to be forever. Read more about what therapy with me looks like →

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your approach?

I don’t use a one-size fits all approach. I offer my clients a deep, focused, and personalized experience. We move at your pace—not the pace of pressure. I draw from trauma-informed, experiential approaches like:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the protective and wounded parts of you
  • EMDR & somatic work to gently shift stuck emotional patterns
  • Mindfulness & relational therapy to help you stay present and connected as you explore

You don’t need a clear story or a diagnosis to start. You just need a willingness to be real — even if you don’t quite know what that looks like yet.

How much does it cost?
  • 15-min consultation: Free
  • 60-min sessions: $200 (in-person or virtual)

This is more than a place to vent — it’s a space to help you change how you feel, relate, and live.

Payment methods: Amex, Discover, HSA, Mastercard, Venmo, Visa

Do you take insurance?

I don’t bill insurance directly. Many insurance companies reimburse only a fraction of the actual cost of quality care, making it difficult for therapists to provide the level of time, attention, and flexibility my clients deserve. Instead, I’ve chosen a model that allows me to keep sessions focused on what’s best for you—not on paperwork or insurance limitations.

You'll have access to a superbill in your Client Portal, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Where is your office?

The office is located at 2770 Dagny Way STE 210, Lafayette, CO 80026 (next to Brewing Market in Lafayette, CO). Also available for secure virtual sessions.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! You can easily book a free initial consultation.
