Therapy for Women in Colorado
I believe therapy works when you learn through real, lived experience that you can be honest, authentic, and fully yourself without your world falling apart.
Not by thinking differently. Not by performing better. But by finally feeling safe enough to stop protecting.
Real change happens when you no longer have to hide who you are in order to belong.

What Makes This Therapy Different
I'm not here to fix you.
I'm here to help you experience yourself differently.
Together, we loosen the protective patterns that once kept you safe but may now be keeping you stuck. We build emotional safety, self-trust, and the capacity to live more openly, honestly, and wholeheartedly.
This work is slow in the best way. Deep in the right ways. And rooted in real human experience.
How Therapy Works Here
Most of us learned early how to stay safe. We learned to be pleasing, quiet, strong, funny, capable, or invisible.
Those strategies once protected us. And now, they often keep us disconnected from our bodies, from others, and from the version of ourselves we actually want to be.
I believe therapy works when you experience something different. When you feel, in real time, that you can show up honestly. That you can take emotional risks. That you can be seen without fear of rejection.
We start where it feels safest, often inside the therapy relationship itself. From there, your nervous system begins to learn something new:
“I don't have to protect or hide all of the time.”
“I can be myself and still be okay.”
“I am worthy of acceptance exactly as I am.”
And from that place, real change begins.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
You feel emotionally stuck even though you're highly self-aware
You carry the emotional weight in your relationships
You struggle to feel fully seen or safe being your true self
You're tired of performing, pleasing, or protecting
You need a place where you're allowed to be honest, messy, curious, and human. That's where transformation actually lives.
Frequently Asked Questions

- About My Approach
My work is grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and experiential therapy models, including Internal Family Systems, attachment-based work, mindfulness, self-compassion, and nervous system awareness.
But more than any model, I believe in this: Healing happens when you feel safe enough to be real. That safety allows your system to release what it no longer needs to protect. And that's where freedom lives.
- How much does it cost?
- 15-min consultation: Free
- 60-min sessions: $170 (in-person or virtual)
This is more than a place to vent — it’s a space to help you change how you feel, relate, and live.
Payment methods: Amex, Discover, HSA, Mastercard, Venmo, Visa
- Do you take insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly. Many insurance companies reimburse only a fraction of the actual cost of quality care, making it difficult for therapists to provide the level of time, attention, and flexibility my clients deserve. Instead, I’ve chosen a model that allows me to keep sessions focused on what’s best for you—not on paperwork or insurance limitations.
You'll have access to a superbill in your Client Portal, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
- Where is your office?
The office is located at 2770 Dagny Way STE 210, Lafayette, CO 80026 (next to Brewing Market in Lafayette, CO). Also available for secure virtual sessions.
- Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! You can easily book a free initial consultation.
