Life looks different than it used to.

Big transitions—parenthood, relationship shifts, career changes, personal growth—can shake your sense of self. Moments of joy and connection can quickly turn into overwhelm, tension, or self-doubt. The inner voice grows louder, filled with criticism and fear.

In relationships, the same arguments may play on repeat, leaving both partners feeling unseen and misunderstood. Intimacy might feel distant, or connection may have taken a backseat to daily survival. Whether navigating these shifts alone or with a partner, the longing to feel present, emotionally steady, and deeply understood is real. You were not meant to do this alone.

I help women and couples untangle the emotional chaos of life transitions, relationships, and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and beliefs shape responses today—so you can break unhealthy patterns, live with self-compassion, and rebuild connection.

Healing isn’t just about talking. It’s about deeply knowing yourself, caring for your inner world, and learning how to love yourself fully.
